How long is your waitlist?
The waitlists for Adaptive Horsemanship and Physical Therapy (Hippotherapy) are very long and difficult to predict. Some clients have waited 18 months to get into their desired program. We recommend getting on the waitlist as soon as possible. Our mental health waitlists are shorter and can usually schedule people fairly quickly.
How do I get on the waiting list?
Please go to our website AffinityRanch.org and click on the client tab, then click the orange box labeled prospective client registration form. When filling this form out please choose all waitlists you want to be added to. When you are done you are automatically added to each waitlist you selected. You will receive a phone call from us when a slot opens up for you.
Does your mental health team take insurance?
Yes, we have 4 providers that accept most major health insurance companies. We do not currently have a provider that is accepting Medicaid but we hope to have a Medicaid provider on board soon. One of our providers is private pay only.
